The VDSEE is organizing an excursion to Konservat-Lagerstätte Polzberg (Lower Austria). On behalf of one of our PhD-candidates, Petra Lukeneder, who has initiated this trip.

Interested VDSEE members are invited to join us for a field trip to the 233 Million years old Polzberg Konservat-Lagerstätte.

Discover the individual fossil groups of this unique palaeontological deposit and learn about the Late Triassic environment.After a short introduction, there will be the opportunity to collect some fossils yourself.Plus this is a great opportunity to catch up with your PhD-fellows. Transfer by bus, free of charge for VDSEE members
